Jim has been working with and consulting with business owners since 2003 and has been doing M&A Advisory for over a decade. Jim has sold businesses and has strategized with CEOs of all different size companies from just a few employees to companies with over 50 employees and independent contractors. Jim has sold dozens of manufacturing companies, service businesses, construction related businesses and many other types of businesses.

He then started a residential contracting business that he built and sold. His next challenge was reorganizing a struggling CNC automotive manufacturing facility in which he helped turn into a thriving industry leader and wore every hat.
In 2013 after leaving his manufacturing role he figured the next logical step would be helping other small businesses achieve their goals by becoming a business loan intermediary. After witnessing first-hand how hard it is to expand without the proper capital-backing he figured this would be a cause near and dear to his heart.
He then merged with Ivanhoe Capital Advisors in 2020 and focused on business acquisition financing. Within a 4 year span from 2021-2025 he helped facilitate over $300 million in loans! This takes hard work, persistence, and a great team to accomplish!
He is now working with “Business Broker Experts” to provide that same level of persistence and service to business owners who are looking to retire or move on to the next chapter in their lives.
